About the role: - Develop software across the full stack with emphasis on backend systems - Create end-to-end product workflows from conception through deployment - Work with APIs, databases and third-party integrations to expand platform capabilities - Refactor and optimize billing workflows to handle increasing complexity - Identify and resolve production issues affecting users - Identify performance bottlenecks and accelerate slow product flows - Develop AI agents tailored to solve specific customer problems What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of professional development experience - Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently - Comfort learning unfamiliar technologies and domains on the job - Track record of taking ownership of projects and seeing them through - Previous hands-on work on meaningful projects or shipped products - Background in backend development, though not required - Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL and AWS is valuable but not a prerequisite What you'll bring: - Problem-solving approach grounded in first-principles thinking - Self-directed work ethic and willingness to figure things out without constant guidance - Ability to ship features and fixes without waiting for detailed specifications Note: Send your updated resume and write briefly why should we hire you
