About the role: - Transform raw business data into clear, actionable insights that guide company strategy - Collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and understand their data needs - Build dashboards and reports that track key metrics and performance indicators - Spot patterns and trends in data that reveal business opportunities or risks - Support leadership with analysis and recommendations for major decisions What you'll work on: - Writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases - Creating visualizations in Power BI or Tableau that tell a data story - Developing advanced Excel models using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query - Documenting findings and presenting them to non-technical audiences - Troubleshooting data issues and ensuring report accuracy What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business analysis, MIS, reporting, or a similar function - Mastery of Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query - Solid understanding of SQL for querying and data extraction - Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI or Tableau - Strong logical thinking and ability to solve problems systematically - Comfort communicating complex data to people of all technical levels - Python basics are a bonus but not essential
