About the role: - Support product teams by managing operational workflows and ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives - Bridge the gap between product, engineering, and business teams to identify and solve operational bottlenecks - Work with API testing tools and databases to validate product features and data integrity - Analyze e-commerce operations to uncover optimization opportunities and drive improvements - Contribute to the grocery delivery and shopping experience by leveraging technology and data-driven insights What you'll work on: - Streamlining product processes and removing friction from team workflows - Testing and validating integrations and data flows using technical tools - Collaborating across product, engineering, and operations teams to implement solutions - Gathering and analyzing operational metrics to inform product decisions - Supporting the launch and iteration of features that impact the customer experience What we're looking for: - 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles - Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing platforms - Solid SQL ability to query and understand data - Background in or familiarity with e-commerce operations and workflows - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams - Passion for leveraging analytics and technology to improve how people shop for groceries Good to know: - 5 days per week in office
