About the role: - You'll take on work that shapes the platform and its users, with significant influence across your projects - The environment trusts you to own your tasks without close oversight or daily check-ins - You'll build on a contemporary tech stack that follows current best practices What you'll work on: - Designing and implementing features across the backend or frontend, depending on the position - Debugging production issues and shipping fixes to keep systems running smoothly - Collaborating with product and design teams to understand user needs and translate them into code - Participating in code reviews and helping teammates maintain high standards What we're looking for: - 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience - Proficiency with Git, including the ability to handle and resolve merge conflicts - Strong commitment to writing readable, maintainable code that your teammates can build on - Problem-solving mindset and comfort working independently on complex tasks
