About the role: - Craft wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that bring concepts to life - Run user research sessions, usability testing, and analyse feedback to validate design decisions - Work closely with developers to achieve pixel-perfect execution of your designs - Build and sustain scalable design systems that keep the product consistent and efficient - Transform intricate AI and sports data workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences - Monitor emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns to keep skills sharp What we're looking for: - 1–6 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of real-world work - Fluency in Figma as your primary design tool - Solid grasp of user-centred design principles, responsive design, and usability fundamentals - Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across teams - Proven track record designing for web, mobile, or SaaS platforms - Must be able to commute to an office in Tamil Nadu, India Skills that set you apart: - Ability to illustrate or draw - Genuine interest in sports and sports ecosystems - Prior experience designing for sports tech or working on data-driven products About the work: - You'll move fluidly between research, design, and handoff phases, always keeping user needs at the centre - Prototyping and testing are core to how you validate ideas before full development - You'll own the responsibility of making complex information accessible and delightful - Collaboration is constant: with product, engineering, and stakeholders who rely on your expertise - You'll contribute to design direction and help shape how the product evolves
