About the role: - Develop and sustain connections between Zime's platform and the systems your customers use - Deliver features to production that are ready for real users from day one - Own the full lifecycle of what you build, from problem definition through deployment - Address practical challenges that arise in both customer workflows and engineering infrastructure - Thrive in the pace and energy of an early-stage startup What you'll work on: - Integration architecture and implementation across diverse customer environments - Feature development focused on speed and quality in production - System design that balances rapid delivery with engineering rigor - Cross-functional troubleshooting between product needs and technical constraints - Mentorship from experienced engineers in a collaborative, learning-focused team What we're looking for: - Up to 2 years of professional software development experience - Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems - Aptitude for spotting issues before they surface and crafting thoughtful fixes - Comfort navigating unclear requirements and making decisions with incomplete information - Drive to take full responsibility for your work and adapt quickly to shifting priorities - Experience shipping code to production environments - Ability to communicate clearly about technical trade-offs and solutions
