About the role: - Extract, prepare, and examine operational, shipping, and dispute information to monitor performance against key metrics - Design and update interactive dashboards and management information system reports for senior staff and teams across the organization - Spot emerging patterns in operations, shipment volumes, cost gaps, and workflow inefficiencies - Work alongside operations and technology groups to streamline logistics processes and shorten dispute resolution timeframes - Conduct special analytics projects to inform strategic choices and help forecast future business outcomes What we're looking for: - Mastery of MS Excel or Google Sheets with expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas - Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau at a foundational or intermediate level is highly valued - Strong capacity for logical reasoning, problem-solving, and breaking down complex data questions - Ability to convey findings and data stories in clear, jargon-free language to stakeholders without a technical background - Fresh graduates with notable analytical projects, professional certifications, or previous internship experience in data roles stand out About this internship: - You will gain hands-on experience in a logistics and e-commerce operations setting - The role offers exposure to real business challenges and direct collaboration with multiple departments - You'll develop proficiency with industry-standard analytics tools while supporting decision-making across the organization
