Description: - We're building our founding research and engineering team at Zstate AI. - As frontier AI models become more capable, the bottleneck is no longer just better models. It's better data, better evaluations, and better environments for model training. - Today, we work with frontier AI labs and enterprise AI teams building models across coding, healthcare, finance, and other domains. Our work spans expert-generated datasets, evaluations, benchmarks, and RL environments that help make large language models more capable and reliable. - We're looking for exceptional Research Engineers and AI Engineers who enjoy solving hard, open-ended problems at the intersection of LLMs, agentic systems, model evaluation, and post-training.
