Batch: 2025/2026. About the role: - Build and maintain backend systems and infrastructure that power consumer-facing products - Design scalable APIs and databases to handle high-traffic user demands - Contribute to architecture decisions and code quality across the engineering team - Debug and optimize performance bottlenecks in production systems What we're looking for: - Graduation year of 2025 or later - At least 6 months of professional work experience or internship at a B2C startup - Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms - Solid backend development skills and experience building systems that serve end users - Ability to think through problems systematically and write maintainable code - Experience working in fast-paced startup environments What you'll bring: - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
