About this internship
This in-house internship position is based in Vadodara with a global IT services and staffing firm. Selected candidates will support the internal legal department across a variety of operational tasks. Day-to-day work includes examining legal agreements, executing basic paralegal responsibilities, conducting legal research, and assisting with company secretarial functions. Participants will also gain exposure to international legal matters and cross-border commercial arrangements beyond Indian jurisdiction. The role is tailored for law students and recent law graduates seeking practical experience within a corporate corporate legal department. Interns will develop an understanding of how in-house counsel supports broader commercial operations and manages legal risks for a multinational company.
