About this internship
This full-time, on-site role provides candidates with hands-on experience in dispute resolution and court proceedings across multiple judicial forums in New Delhi. The practice covers diverse legal domain areas including criminal law, civil litigation, insurance claims, and banking matters. Selected candidates will participate directly in active case preparation and gain exposure to high-stakes litigation. Interns will be responsible for undertaking legal research, evaluating precedent, and drafting foundational court papers and case notes. Additionally, attendees will attend court hearings to observe arguments firsthand.
